This notice explains how Precision Lumping Services may collect, use, disclose, and retain information submitted through Precision Careers.
Information we collect
We may collect contact information, location, work availability, qualifications, employment history, application answers, referral information, a resume or other documents you choose to provide, and technical information used to secure and operate the application service.
Precision Careers does not create an applicant login account when you submit an application.
How information is used
Information may be used to evaluate applications, communicate about positions and interviews, administer referrals, operate and secure recruiting systems, maintain required business records, and comply with applicable law.
Access and service providers
Applicant information may be available to authorized Precision recruiting, human resources, operations, and leadership personnel who need it for recruiting or hiring. Precision may also use service providers that process information on its behalf for hosting, authentication, document storage, communications, security, and related business operations.
Retention
Precision retains applicant information for three years from the applicant's last recruiting activity. Last recruiting activity means the most recent application submission, recruiting communication, interview, application-status update, or other recruiting interaction recorded by Precision.
Precision may retain information longer when required by applicable law, subject to a legal hold, or reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Resumes and documents
Resumes and applicant documents are stored in a private system and are intended for authorized recruiting and hiring personnel. Do not include Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account information, medical records, or other information that is not requested for the application.
Employee referrals
If you provide an employee's name or phone number, you confirm that you have permission to share that information. Referral information may be used to review and administer employee referral activity.
Equal opportunity
Precision Lumping Services is an equal opportunity employer. Employment decisions are based on legitimate business and job-related considerations, consistent with applicable law.
Questions and requests
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
Privacy rights may vary by location. To ask a question about applicant information or submit a privacy request, contact hr@precisionlumping.com. Precision may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
